How do I get started?

Can you work with my existing team?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being flexible and collaborative, seamlessly integrating with your existing team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Typically, this involves granting your assistant access to your calendar and informing your team about the new support system in place to help streamline scheduling and communication. We’ll work closely with your company, respecting any security protocols in place, to provide the best possible partnership.

Can you help with personal tasks as well as business tasks?

 

Yes! We support both professional and personal tasks to help you achieve a better work-life balance.

This includes scheduling appointments like doctor visits, dentist checkups, haircuts, veterinary care, and more. We’re here to keep you on track with the tasks that often get overlooked.

Do unused hours roll over?

No, unused hours do not roll over month to month.

During the onboarding phase, we’ll discuss your goals for working with an assistant and suggest ways to maximize their hours each month. Over time, your assistant will establish a routine, ensuring their time is used efficiently and effectively. If you need to adjust your plan, you can do so by the 15th of the previous month.

How do I communicate with my assistant?

We recommend meeting virtually with your assistant once a week, but the frequency is entirely up to you and your preferences.

We’ll use your preferred communication tools, whether that’s email, messaging apps, video calls, or phone calls.

Your assistant will have a Savvy email account, allowing another team member to step in seamlessly if there’s ever an absence.
